With over 40 years of experience we offer expertise in all aspects of paint finishing, powder coating and shot blasting. We can also provide pre-treatment to suit your type of product including zinc enriched powder primer and other washes.
Powder Coating Services
All our orders are carried out at our large purpose built facility, our work station which is a 7m water backed spray booth enables us to service the large box oven (7.0m long x 3.0m wide), which has been designed for large volume work including heavy items.
We have a strict final inspection process prior to packing of which can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Shot Blasting Services
We operate a high tech containerblast surface preparation module which runs alongside our fettling operation.
Once the metal surface has been shot-blasted it is free from paint, chemical deposits and dust content. Not only does this give a perfect finish for re painting but it is also better for the environment as no harsh chemicals are used. Blast cleaning your metal parts restores them to their original state and makes them look new.
Galvanizing Services
As one of Acrow Galvanizing’s preferred powder coaters we can provide a one stop shop between galvanizing, powder coating and shot blasting for a wide range of items whether they be small or large such as architectural metalwork.
Simply arrange your product to be collected by them (whereby they will treat and galvanize your product) and instruct them to deliver to us. We will then undertake pre-treatment and powder coating.
